What shipping do you offer?
We ship from a local warehouse based on your delivery country — UK orders from our UK warehouse, EU orders from our Netherlands warehouse, and US orders from our US warehouse. Your available delivery options and prices are shown at checkout. Please see our shipping page for more details. Larger orders may be sent by couriers such as DPD, DHL or UPS depending on the location.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do. Please see the list of countries we currently ship to here. If your country is not on the list - please email hello@joliebeauty.co.uk as we may be able to request a courier for you. We do not ship to China.
Do you need social influencers/promoters?
If you want to work with us, then we sometimes collaborate with beauty bloggers and YouTubers. Please email pr@joliebeauty.co.uk to see if you fit our promoter criteria.
Do you have an affiliate scheme?

Are all your products vegan & cruelty free?
All of our products are vegan & cruelty free. We do not test on animals, have others test on our behalf, or sell into countries where animal testing is mandatory.
Are your products safe if not tested on animals?
Our products go through rigorous testing in labs to comply with UK & EU cosmetics law. Resulting in a complete CSPR safety report for each product. We are able to use historical data to ensure our products are using the safest ingredients.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online only store at the moment, but we do supply wholesale stores worldwide.
Where are my products shipped from?
It depends on your location. UK orders ship from our UK warehouse, with Next Working Day Delivery available on most in-stock items (that aren’t on pre-order). EU orders ship from our Netherlands warehouse, and US orders from our US warehouse — so your order arrives faster, and EU customers pay no extra customs charges.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns if the product is completely unused, sealed and untampered with in any way. Or if a fault is reported within 14 days. See our full returns policy here.
