Still haven't received the product! It's been on the way/in route for 17 days & I'm one state away from where it shipped from (CA to OR)! DHL had the package on the way from July 28-Aug 10 (14 days!). Now another shipping partner has it in WA (went past OR for some reason) since Aug 10 and USPS is still waiting to receive the package! I still have no estimated delivery date! My package is just sitting in WA somewhere for days now. Contacted support they said I can report it lost to DHL (not them) after 21 days. Terrible shipping & customer service, especially considering I spent over $300 that took me a long time to save up! I will never buy from Jolie Beauty again!
